GENERAL TERMS

By ordering from our store you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

★ Customs/VAT charges are not covered by the shipping fee. Any additional import or customs fees charged by your country’s postal service are the customer's responsibility. Please be aware that your local post office may hold your shipment until any outstanding fees are paid.

★ If you have any issues or questions related to your order please contact danielle@tsuyuus.com or send a message through the contact form with your name and order number.


Order Tracking

Parcel orders (charms, pins, standees, non-paper items) include tracking. Tracking is currently not available for orders to Mexico.

Stickers, sticker sheets, and prints are shipped via lettermail with no tracking. If you are located in Canada or the US and would like tracking for these items, please purchase a tracking upgrade.


Processing and Shipping Time

Please allow up to 14 days to to process your order for shipping. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Canadian and US orders can take 1-2 weeks to arrive. International orders may take 1-2 months or longer depending on local postal services.

All shipping times are estimates, and once a package has been mailed we have no control over any delays that may occur.


International Shipping

Orders can be shipped to the US, Canada, Australia, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, and the UK. Feel free to contact me if you would like a country added.

Paper items (stickers, sticker sheets, and prints) can ship to any country via lettermail.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped we are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Please double check your mailing address, as no refunds will be provided if your package is lost because of an incorrect address.

If your order is returned for any reason, you must pay shipping again to redeliver the package.


Chargebacks and Other Issues

If your order is incorrect or missing items, or if you have any other questions at all, please contact danielle@tsuyuus.com with your name and order number!

Please contact us to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback for any reason, as chargebacks can incur additional fees and negatively impact our store.
